• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted within 24 months if no engagement results. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Sharing

We use a small number of service providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
